SpringPark Facilities Public Rental Rates

The following are the rental fees for use of the SpringPark facility.
Note: One level will accomodate up to 100 people. Both levels will accommodate up to 200 people.

Friday

$750 one level
$900 both levels

Saturday

$900 one level
$1,199 both levels

Sunday

$650 one level
$800 both levels

Monday through Thursday, limited to 6 hour use

$250 one level
$400 both levels

Weekend Small Party Discount - $150 discount for parties of 25 or fewer persons

Barbecue, Volleyball Picnic Area

$75 for up to 20 persons.
$100 for 21 up to 50 persons.
$25 for each additional 25 persons.

Notes:

Upon reservation, all rentals require a non-refundable down payment of one half of the rental fee. Evening rentals require a SpringPark approved attendant to help supervise and secure the facility. Linens, decorations, and other materials may be rented separately. All rental fees are subject to sales tax.

Sports Club members, and SpringPark residents are entitled to facility rental discounts. Contact us for details.
