Welcome to SpringPark

Welcome to the SpringPark Homeowners Association (SPHOA) Home Page. We are a community of about 865 families located adjacent to north Dallas, in far northwest Garland and northeast Richardson, Texas. Our neighborhood is in an area well known for excellent schools, growing businesses, recreational opportunities, and friendly people. Located next to the highly rated Sherill Park Golf Course, the setting and environment of this neighborhood are unmatched in the North Texas region.

Included as a benefit of their annual HOA assessments, our residents have an automatic membership to the SpringPark Sports & Racquet Club and Event Center, which includes exercise equipment and beautiful swim and clubhouse facilities. Sports & Swim Club Memberships are available for purchase to non-residents of SpringPark.

Area Communities

SpringPark is located in two outstanding cities, about 15 miles north of Dallas, Texas. Part of SpringPark is in the City of Richardson, while the majority of the SpringPark neighborhood is in the City of Garland. Some of SpringPark is adjacent to the City of Plano.
