Our Community

There are many anonymous neighborhoods in the Dallas-Ft.Worth metroplex, but SpringPark isn't one of them. The neighbor friendly and community involved SpringPark is a true oasis in the hustle and bustle of this great metroplex. Originally designed by the Ray Nasher Company, also known for his developments of the Northpark Mall and FlowerMound, SpringPark residents enjoy over 130 acres of greenbelts and wooded areas including nature trails, a large soccer field, a baseball diamond, three playgrounds, a small pond, a 17 acre lake, and a bandfield that is frequently used for a variety of events such as football, birthday parties, and star gazing. There is a creek that borders SpringPark that is the stuff of legends for young kids.

Take a Walk Through SpringPark

Life in SpringPark is surrounded by Common Space, areas shared by all residents. On a typical morning walk, here are some of the sights that lift our spirits, and make us so happy to live in this community. (Click on each picture so see it enlarged.)

	SpringPark Lake Beautiful SpringPark Lake is easily accessed by all residents at several points along the bordering streets. Also, the walking trail / bridle path provides natural views of this serene setting.
	Common Recreation Areas Some of our homes are on large landscaped lots, and some are "garden" homes with little or no landscaped area. In SpringPark, however, everyone has access to all of our green areas. Here is our "Band Field," which has a playground at one end, and a general use grassy area at the other. The Band Field is bordered by some of the smaller garden-type homes.
	Woodland Trails There are walking trails for both pedestrians and equestrians in SpringPark. In just a few short steps from our homes, we can find ourselves on a stroll in a very natural and restful setting.
	Scenic Views Around every turn at SpringPark are refreshing vistas, and engaging sites. The SpringPark Pond is located near sports fields and playground, and provides a relaxing setting for a picnic, or just to sit and relax.
	Kid Friendly There are multiple playgrounds settings in SpringPark. This one adjoins Holmes Field which is where soccer, softball, and baseball teams can engage in their favorite pastimes.
	Event Center Our Event Center is our central gathering spot in Spring Park. It is a meeting facility, and the hub of our Tennis and Swimming Activities.
